Overview

Fango respects the privacy of all users and is dedicated to protecting your privacy. We partner with Stripe to be able to collect and maintain as minimal personal data as possible. This Privacy policy outlines the type of information we collect, the methods used to collect it, how it is used, and how it is protected. Information we collect

Fango only collects the minimal data from its users in order to facilitate a transaction for tickets. This includes phone number. Fango helps to facilitate the transfer of Tickets via SMS text message to the number that the Guest is registered with. It is the responsibility of both the Guest and Host to make sure there is a clean transfer. Notifications regarding transaction will be executed using SMS, partnering with Twilio. Before being able to make an offer on tickets, Fango requires the Guest to register and verify a phone number.

Fango has partnered with Stripe in order to make transactions as easy and safe as possible. Fango does not collect any personal information from Stripe transactions other than what is returned for auditing purposes. Visit their Privacy Policy for more information.

We use Stripe for payment, analytics, and other business services. Stripe collects identifying information about the devices that connect to its services. Stripe uses this information to operate and improve the services it provides to us, including for fraud detection. Use of your personal information

  • As a Guest, upon acceptance of a reservation, your number is given to the Host in order to initiate a Ticket transfer through Ticketmaster. Guests are required to have an account with Ticketmaster set up with the same phone number used to register with Fango. You are also notified when your reservation is accepted or declined through automated messages with Twilio.

  • As a Host, when ticket resvervations have been requested, an automated texted message will be sent through Twilio to notify you. Upon acceptance, your number will be provided to the Guest to help facilitate the Ticket transfer.

Our legal obligations

In the event you decline to provide the manditory information, Fango retains the right to not engage in transactions.

Deleting your data

At any time, you can make a request to help@fangotickets.com to have your data deleted.
